Carola Roescher has a versatile position as office manager, where she takes care of the support of all her colleagues. She does this on secretarial, HR, administrative and facility level.

With more than 20 years of experience at various employers, Carola is a experienced office manager who stands her ground and knows what she wants and can do. She ensures that her colleagues can focus primarily on the primary work process, by taking care of the peripheral and minor issues within Pondera. This is done in an accurate and decisive manner.

Education, training and previous employers

Carola has followed several courses, including several Management Assistent courses, following her training as European Secretary at Schoevers in Arnhem.

Carola started her career at Sony in Badhoevedorp more than 20 years ago, after which she worked in Amsterdam at various companies, including ING Barings and Euronext. In 2004 she moved to Hengelo and worked at Grolsch as executive secretary for the Executive Board and at the University of Twente. Before joining Pondera Consult, she worked part-time in Maastricht as Personal Assistant for a Professor at University Maastricht.


As of March 1st 2016, Carola joined Pondera Consult.
