Dion Oude Lansink has been working as a specialist, primarily in acoustics, for over twenty years. His area of professional activity at Pondera extends from permit applications to acoustic studies and reports – relating to environmental impact studies and permits. Due to his personal experience in the roles of both applicant and authority, Dion is able to effectively identify with all parties involved. He views it as a challenge to find a proper balance between the applicant’s wishes, the political establishment and surrounding residents – and to do so in a way that facilitates the progress of the project in question to the greatest possible extent. Dion is solution-oriented, reliable, open and attentive to the desires of the client.
