Manuela Lourenço Sotero has been working in the diverse role of office manager at Pondera since October 2022 where she enthusiastically supports her colleagues in both secretarial and facilities areas. As office manager, Manuela acts as a bridge to the other departments and works closely with colleagues in the other teams.

With over 28 years of experience at various employers, Manuela is a decisive and results-oriented all-rounder who knows how to oversee the job with a healthy dose of responsibility and humour.

After obtaining her MEAO diploma, Manuela attended various training courses and workshops, including Middle Management. She is highly skilled in administration.

Manuela started her career over 28 years ago at a packaging company based in Barneveld. After that, she worked in Arnhem as business support at various companies, including nuclear research and consultancy group. In 2018, she moved to a consultancy firm, taking on the position of project assistant. Before joining Pondera, Manula worked at a government agency as a medior facilities assistant.
