Pondera ISO-9001 certified
Pondera is now ISO-9001 certified. Pondera’s quality management system has been certified in accordance with the guidelines of NEN-EN-ISO 9001: 2015.
The certification took place on 18th December, 2020, in accordance with the guidelines of NEN-EN-ISO 9001: 2015. Our ISO certification extends to research and consultancy in the field of sustainable energy, climate, spatial planning and the environment. This way we can ensure that we always meet the highest standards. The certification is in line with the sustainable growth that Pondera has shown in recent years. We continue to improve and innovate, so that we can always offer the highest possible level of service.
The ISO certification has been carried out by EIK Certificering B.V. The institution praised Pondera on our quality management system and the mindset of Pondera employees. This is evident from the quote below, taken from the certification body’s report: “During the investigation, the quality management system (QMS) was found to be solidly set up, and well detailed in a manual in which processes and the associated control measures are described. Employees are highly trained and are intrinsically driven to deliver quality. The conversations that were conducted showed an open organisational culture in which employees are challenged to be critical and to think about opportunities for improvement.”
ISO-9001: the standard in the field of quality management
ISO-9001 is a concept in the field of quality management. This internationally recognised standard is as an important measure of transparency and reliability. A company that is ISO-9001 certified can demonstrate that it is constantly improving quality in order to increase customer satisfaction. The ISO-9001 standard therefore relates to the entire work process. It checks whether:
- the company is able to meet the wishes and requirements of customers and other stakeholders;
- the applicable laws and regulations are complied with;
- all processes and systems are aimed at continuously improving customer satisfaction.
