Mark van Doorn
As a contract manager, Mark will be involved in the contracting, construction and operation of sustainable energy projects. “I’ve been active in the wind industry since 2000 and have worked for various wind turbine manufacturers. I see it as a challenge to sit on the other side of the table and use my technical knowledge of wind turbines to improve the service.”

Rita Wekking
After many years of experience in the Human Resource profession at a variety of organisations, Rita has made a conscious choice to contribute to the growth and ambitions of Pondera. “Working at an organisation where people are the most important assets, guaranteeing good working conditions and the unique culture of Pondera and working at a company that matters: being able to help shape this as an HR manager is something that motivates me enormously, and I’m looking forward to it.”

John van de Lagemaat
After working on various spatial issues for three years, John is continuing his career as a sustainable energy consultant at Pondera. ”I am working in the Environment & Spatial Planning team with fresh energy. I would like to commit myself here to the sustainable growth of renewable energy projects, Pondera and my own professional career.”

Tom Herfs
As a recently graduated Science, Management & Innovation student, Tom will mainly focus on feasibility studies, GIS analyses and the social aspects of energy projects. “Only together can we move towards a sustainable and circular future. With my enthusiasm and broad knowledge of sustainable projects, I want to bring different stakeholders together so that we can build a sustainable future together.”
