Egbert Jansen is an enthusiastic and open person with a great sense of responsibility. In places where people and technology meet, Egbert enjoys being involved in realizing projects that contribute to a more sustainable world. In the role of consultant and contract/project manager, Egbert is jointly responsible for the tendering and contracting of sustainable energy projects. Through his extensive experience as project manager for clients within the oil and gas and (petro)chemical industry, Egbert has gained a lot of experience with high standards in the field of environmental management, construction management, O&M, and QHSE. Knowledge he can put to good use during the contracting and realization phase of renewable energy projects. In early 2018, Egbert made the move to Pondera to further develop himself within project and contract management of renewable energy projects. By now Egbert has supervised several projects through to implementation. In doing so, he has gained extensive operational experience with UAV-GC and FIDIC contracts (yellow and red book, both 1999 and 2017 versions). With his knowledge, Egbert would like to contribute to the creation of a safe and healthy working environment within which projects can be brought to success. In doing so, he is guided by his core values: cooperation, transparency, trust and responsibility.

 

Education and previous employers

Egbert graduated in 2007 within the study of land and water management at the Van Hall Larenstein institute in Velp. After his education, he started working as a project leader at Hannover Milieu- en Veiligheidstechniek B.V., a subsidiary of Antea Group. As project leader in-situ soil remediation and air purification, and later as project manager, Egbert gained ample experience in project realization from the tender phase to the realization phase. Many of his projects were carried out for major international clients such as Philips, BP, Shell and Akzo Nobel.
