In her role as HR Manager, Rita advises directors and managers on the content and form of Pondera’s HR processes and staff growth. The people and culture of Pondera are the foundation of the organization, their importance cannot be overestimated and is our most valuable asset. Transparency, openness and pragmatism suit Rita’s personality and approach. Her mission is to promote a positive, productive and innovative work environment that is consistent with Pondera’s vision and values.

Education and employers

After the Bachelor in Psychodiagnostics at Saxion University in Deventer, Rita completed a post HBO Human Resources. Rita has always worked in HR positions, mainly in (High) Tech and internationally oriented organizations with a focus on Europe and Southeast Asia. She has experience with many aspects of HR, national and international, and has a broad knowledge of (inter)national labor law and many other aspects of HR.
