A highly versatile adviser, Maarten Jaspers Faijer can provide assistance with a wide range of projects and advisory issues. His expertise lies in gaining a clear picture of policy processes relating to spatial issues, and then guiding them effectively. This expertise is the result of various environmental impact asssessment projects, due diligence and permit management work and feasibility studies. Maarten is also an internationally-oriented individual: he has gained personal advisory experience in countries including the United States, Bangladesh and South Korea.
In his work at Pondera, Maarten Jaspers Faijer focuses primarily on the feasibility of projects, with attention paid to spatial planning procedures and permits. In concrete terms, this entails compiling environmental impact assessments and conducting impact-reporting procedures, feasibility studies, permit applications and handling permit management. His background in policy makes him not only highly valuable in implementing such projects, but also in determining the overall strategic approach for the project.
Maarten is experienced in the project, programme and environmental management of socially relevant issues. He maintains a focus on finding value when interests or situations are seemingly in conflict with one another.
