Kegan Sweetnam has been working at Pondera as a PMO consultant since February 2024. With more than 10 years of experience as a Project, Program and Portfolio Management Support (PMO), Kegan has built a broad expertise in facilitating and coordinating diverse projects and programs. At Pondera, she focuses on optimizing team management, organizational structures and the promotion of Agile workflows. She specializes in business case development, resource management, budget management, team coordination and strategic prioritization. As the right hand of project managers, Kegan is involved in the management of the project portfolio. Her goal is to deliver valuable and timely results for customers.
As a PMO consultant, Kegan is also involved by advising Pondera’s management in making strategic choices focused on the organization’s growth. Her diversity makes her all-around employable within Pondera. Kegan strives to create a dynamic work environment where structure and flexibility go hand in hand to achieve goals efficiently. Education and employers
Kegan obtained a Bachelor of Arts from University College Utrecht. Subsequently, she entered the world of project management support right after graduation. She has worked in a wide range of market sectors, including industrial automation, consumer goods and products, and finance. In addition, Kegan also has four years of experience as a consultant at Accenture, where she gained great experience with both large and small companies, projects and programs of different maturity levels in the PMO field.
