Björn Konink started work at Pondera in February 2020 as a Sustainable Energy Consultant for projects in the field of Solar, Wind and other sustainable developments such as Geothermal Energy. With his positive attitude, he is open to new possibilities and wants to give substance to projects to achieve our joint energy transition. In the past 20 years, Björn has gained a lot of experience in the field of tenders and contract management in the offer/tender phase and execution. The last 5 years have been in the sustainable field of the Balance of Plant in wind energy. Björn is always looking for the right opportunities in the tender phase; he is customer and solution oriented with a commercial drive.
Education and previous employers
After graduating in civil engineering, Björn completed his studies in commercial technical business administration in 1999. He was responsible for the tender process for various contractors. Finally, he worked at VolkerWind, part of VolkerWessels. Here he gained experience in the wind energy and business operations of VolkerWind.
