Pondera is ISO-9001 certified! The certification of the quality management system of Pondera Consult took place on November 18, 2020, in accordance with the guidelines of NEN-EN-ISO 9001: 2015. Our ISO certification extends to research and advice in the field of sustainable energy, climate, spatial planning and the environment. This is how we ensure we always meet the highest standards.
EIK Certification B.V. carried out the ISO certification. They praised our quality management system and the mindset of Pondera employees. This is evident from the quote below, taken from the report of the certification body: “During the research, we found the quality management system (QMS) to be solidly set up, largely elaborated in a manual in which processes and the corresponding control measures are described. Employees are highly trained and are intrinsically driven to deliver quality. The conversations conducted show an open organisational culture in which employees are challenged to be critical and to think about opportunities for improvement.”
