The Dutch Offshore Wind Innovation Guide 2026 was launched during the Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference (OEEC). The release was marked by an official handover by Aukje de Vries, Caretaker State Secretary for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation, together with Bert van der Lingen on behalf of NedZero and Jeroen de Graaf on behalf of Maritime & Offshore NL, on Wednesday 26 November. Commissioned by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), the guide offers an up-to-date overview of Dutch offshore wind policy, projects and innovations shaping the future of the sector. Pondera, in collaboration with Haskoning and NedZero, contributed by updating the content to provide a clear and practical resource for professionals across the offshore wind value chain. 

The launch was celebrated at the RVO networking dinner on Tuesday, 25 November, alongside discussions on offshore wind opportunities and challenges. The guide reflects the collaborative strength of the Dutch offshore wind sector and its ambition to lead globally. 

Highlights of the 2026 guide

The 2026 edition offers a comprehensive look at the Dutch offshore wind landscape, building on the success of previous editions and introducing new features for 2026. It includes the latest insights into policy and regulatory frameworks and showcases innovations that improve cost efficiency, enhance sustainability, and support system integration. Readers will also find success stories of Dutch companies expanding internationally, as well as a business directory featuring detailed profiles of more than 120 leading organisations and associations Maritime & Offshore NL and NedZero. In addition, the guide contains a detailed table with project information and tender outcomes for sites under Roadmap 2023 and Roadmap 21 GW, making it a practical reference for professionals across the offshore wind value chain.
