Cooperative Wij Duurzaam Staphorst recently announced their acquisition of Windpark Bovenwind from ENERCON. From the beginning of the project, Pondera Consult has been involved in the development of WP Bovenwind by Coöperatie Wij Duurzaam Staphorst and we have been able to support Wij Windenergie Staphorst B.V. (WWS).

 This is a special project for Pondera because we were able to apply the complete range of our services from stakeholder management and permits, contracting, BOP-E and BOP-C to financing and maintenance contracts. We were in contact with ASN BANK for the financing, Greenchoice for the PPA, for example, and we arranged the grid connection with Enexis. Thanks also to Reimert and Van Den Heuvel for their support for the BOP-C and BOP-E.
