We are looking for passionate individuals to grow with us and help us achieve our ambitious goals in (offshore) wind energy. These goals primarily focus on the phases following the initial development of wind farm sites. As a contract manager, you will work on contracts for wind turbines, offshore foundations, and cabling. You will collaborate closely with client project teams and internal experts. Within our projects, you will be integrated into a team that focuses on contract management, construction, and operation. But you won’t be alone; you will also collaborate extensively and leverage the expertise of colleagues from other teams. We do it together!

Who will be our new contract manager?

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking the lead in a complex environment. You find satisfaction in finding solutions and collaborating with knowledgeable and enthusiastic colleagues to realize projects. Some experience is required for this role, preferably 2-5 years.

What does this role involve?

• Managing sustainable energy projects: You will be responsible for managing contracts and agreements with suppliers and contractors involved in sustainable energy projects such as solar and wind energy.
• Cost control: You play a crucial role in negotiating prices and terms in contracts, which can lead to cost efficiency in the energy transition. Cost reduction can help make sustainable energy sources more competitive compared to fossil fuels.
• Risk management: You will be involved in identifying and managing risks associated with energy projects, including both technical and financial risks.
• Compliance and regulations: In the energy transition, there are often complex regulations and requirements to be met. As a contract manager, you ensure that all contracts and activities comply with legal requirements.
• Encouraging innovation: You have the opportunity to include innovative clauses in contracts that encourage suppliers to develop and implement new, more environmentally friendly technologies, contributing in your own way to accelerating the energy transition!
