Your role in our team

As a Renewable Energy Consultant at Pondera, you will be part of the Environment & Consenting team. We support our clients in developing renewable energy projects, from feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments to permit applications and strategic advice.

At Pondera, you have the opportunity to shape the role in a way that aligns with your experience and ambitions. If you already have experience, you will independently manage projects, collaborate directly with clients, and lead a team. If you have little or no experience, we will support you in developing your skills by working alongside experienced colleagues. Step by step, you will grow into an independent consultant role, eventually leading client projects and possibly even a team.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an academic background, such as in engineering, economics, law, environmental studies, or spatial planning.
• Understands the role of a consultant or is eager to learn.
• Is proactive, curious, and eager to develop, with a strong sense of responsibility for their work.
• Has excellent understanding of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
