Carola Roescher joined Pondera in March 2016 in role the of Office Manager. With the growth of Pondera, she made the transition to HR in 2021, where she uses her knowledge and experience, together with the HR manager, to further develop HR.

 

Education, training and previous employers

After her training as European Secretary at Schoevers in Arnhem, Carola followed various courses including several Management Assistant courses. She is currently taking various HRM training courses. Carola has over 25 years of experience, gained at various companies in profit and non-profit organizations, as an executive secretary and personal assistant.
