From 2020 to 2022, Matthijs worked at Pondera two days a week next to his studies. Since 2023, he has been employed fulltime at Pondera. He is involved in various development projects to help expand the company. Matthijs is enthusiastic in his work and brings structured knowledge and expertise within Pondera.
Education
Matthijs has a Masters in International Political Economy at Radboud University, following his completion of a Bachelors in International Economics & Business. During his studies, Matthijs commenced work at Pondera to combine sustainability and development with business operations and politics.
