Sebastiaan Janssen joined Pondera in December 2023 as project manager within the Contracting, Construction and Exploitation team. He focuses on the development of new projects. In his role he supervises sustainable energy projects in all development phases. Sebastiaan’s ability to function as a ‘spider in the web’ in an international context, his proactive approach and inquisitive attitude make him a valuable asset to Pondera’s projects.
Education and former employers
Sebastiaan studied Business Administration at HAN Nijmegen and followed an additional study in Organizational Science at Tilburg University. His education provided the foundation for his strategic insight and analytical skills in project management.
With more than 5.5 years of experience in project management, Sebastiaan has built up a diverse portfolio. His previous employer Neways Electronics International N.V. formed the context in which he gained valuable expertise.
Sebastiaan’s activities cover a wide range of projects, ranging from customer-oriented ‘new product introduction (NPI)’ to large-scale organisation-wide initiatives. Examples include the relocation of production locations, software selection and implementation and various process improvements.
