Sofie van der Lugt started at Pondera in December 2023 as Marketing and Communications Consultant. Working at Pondera allows her to apply her theoretical knowledge. As a result, she has a fresh view on the field. Sofie supports the team with various activities, such as optimizing the website and creating or publishing content. Sofie gets a lot of energy from the variety of work and the creative collaboration with her colleagues.
Education
In 2021, Sofie completed her Bachelor of Economics and Business Economics at Radboud University in Nijmegen. She is currently finalizing her Master Business Administration with the specialization Marketing. Sofie wrote her master thesis on sharing economy platforms, which is where her interest in sustainability started.
