Linh Dong Khanh joined Pondera Vietnam as a renewable energy consultant starting in December 2023.
With her experience in research and analyses for various energy related topics, Linh will support Pondera’s renewable energy projects in Vietnam and the wider Asian region.
Education and former employers
Linh holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Tokyo International University. Her Master’s degree in Environmental Policy was obtained from Duke University with a thesis on the challenges and policy implications for offshore wind development in Vietnam after the end of the Feed-in Tariff policy. Linh’s research interests include energy transition processes in low-income economies, public participation in environmental governance and environmental disputes, and energy and climate policies.
Prior to joining Pondera, Khanh Linh worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Sustainable Energy Policies in Tokyo, a team member of the GIZ Commercial and Industrial Rooftop Solar project in Hanoi, a team-led coordinator at Syntegra Solar AG in Ho Chi Minh, and an energy auditor for the Duke environmental school’s building renovation project in Durham.
